• Inheritance Needs Services Private Limited (“INSPL”) is sensitive to privacy issues on the Internet. It is therefore important for clients to know about the treatment of information and data received from them.
• For rendering the services, INSPL collects/ gathers information, data and details only from its clients, most of which is personal in nature and also relates to that of their family members, close relatives, etc.
• Information/ data collected may be stored and processed in and transferred between any of the countries where the servers of data centre(s) are located or country(ies) from where the Website operates.
• Hardcopies of original document(s) if any handed over during the assignment and/or post completion could have been delivered/ handed over to custodial service provider(s) or document management service providers for maintenance and future reference. INSPL will be responsible for the privacy of information/ data that is stored/ kept/ maintained in its own possession or with custodial service provider(s) or document management service providers for safe keeping.
• The information collected will continue to be owned by its legitimate owner. However, in case INSPL collates the information and generates, creates any modified or collected data proof or reports, INSPL shall be the owner of such modified/ collated information or reports.
• The information provided by the client and updated by INSPL during the assignment will continue to be kept and maintained with us for a period of seven years.
• INSPL could use third party service providers (such as hosting, payment gateway services, depositories, data warehouses, or any other specialized companies providing data parking, custodian services, document management services  of original documents etc.) that are well known in their respective domains and fields and have their own privacy policy which INSPL believes, to be reasonably aligned to best practices followed in that sector.
• INSPL respects its clients’ privacy and recognizes the need to protect the personally identifiable information i.e. any information by which the client can be identified, such as, name, gender, address, telephone number, email address, date of birth, nationality, PAN details, UIDAI Aadhaar Number, etc. shared during the assignment. INSPL would like to assure the client that it follows appropriate standards when it comes to protecting clients privacy on its Website. Any information provided on INSPLs Website will be protected from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration or destruction.
• Clients are requested to visit INSPLs  Website on the World Wide Web without declaring  or revealing any information about him/herself . INSPLs web servers collect the domain names of its visitors. INSPL uses this information to assemble aggregate information about the visitors. Clients accessing INSPLs Website signifies their  unconditional consent to allow the collection of  information/ domain names of the clients.
• INSPL would like to assure its clients that the personal information provided by the clients is usually used by it only to respond to inquiry and for providing the services that the Client have sought to avail.
• When a Client submits contact information to INSPL or its representatives, the client is deemed to be agreeing to be added to INSPL’s mailing list to receive periodic correspondences about products and services that INSPL wishes to offer in future. If a client wishes to stop the communication, the client has an option and is free to opt out of this list at any time.
• INSPL does not sell or share any personally identifiable information to any outside third party(ies) (public/ private).  INSPLs employees and its affiliates, who are in  some manner involved in the assignment for providing the services to the clients have restricted access to such information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist INSPL in conducting its business, or servicing its clients, so long as those parties agree to keep the information confidential.
• INSPL may also release, use or disclose your personal information when we believe such release of information is necessary to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable statutory requirement, to enforce our Website policies, to protect INSPLs or others rights, property or safety as required or permitted by law, or when INSPL has reason to believe that disclosing the information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing interference with the clients rights or properties, whether intentionally or otherwise, or when anyone else could be harmed by such activities.
• INSPL could  have access to few information on the clients browsing initiation such as Internet Protocol (IP) address, domain name, browser type, operating system, the date and time of the visit and the pages visited, and in case the client was redirected to INSPLs website from another website, then the address of that referring website. INSPL would not make any  attempt to link these standalone information with the identity of individuals visiting its website unless an there seems to be a motivated attempt to either damage the website or make an attempt or intention to malign or defame or injure the reputation of the company through its website or its owners.

Use of Cookies:

• Some of our web pages use “cookies” so that we can better serve the client with customized information on their revisit to INSPLs website. Cookies are identifiers for information and direct the browser to facilitate subsequent visits to INSPLs website. The information that INSPL collects and analyses is used to improve its service to the browser. • Further, INSPLs Website could have links to other Websites such as business affiliates, etc.  INSPL will be guided and governed by respective constituted Websites’ Disclaimer, Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and email disclaimers etc. INSPL advises its clients to read and be aware of the disclaimers, terms & conditions and privacy policies before posting its own personal information to such Websites.
• INSPL takes appropriate steps to protect the information client has share. INSPL has implemented technology and security features and strict policy guidelines to safeguard the privacy of clients personal information from unauthorized access and improper use or disclosure. INSPL will continue to enhance its security procedures as new technology becomes available and ensures that its security procedures are compliant with current applicable regulations.
• Clients are required to access INSPLs Privacy Policy regularly to ensure in depth understanding. Of course, the Client may always submit concerns/ grievances regarding INSPLs Privacy Policy or privacy practices to contact@inheritanceneeds.com

INSPL may make improvements and/or changes to this Website at any time. Although, INSPL strives and attempts to periodically update information on this Website,  it does not warrant the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of the information and materials contained on its Website and INSPL expressly disclaims liability for errors or omissions in this information and materials.
