Mrs. Kishori J Udeshi has done here MA in Economics from Bombay University. She moved on to professional career in central banking and became the first woman to be appointed as Deputy Governor of the Reserve Bank of India. She also holds the distinction of the first Executive Director of the RBI to be nominated on the Board of State Bank of India. As Deputy Governor, one of her portfolios included the regulation and supervision of the banking and non-banking sector. She represented the RBI on the Core Principles Liaison Group and the Core Principles Working Group on Capital, of the Baslel Committee on Banking Supervision, set up by the Bank for International Settlements, Switzerland. As the Deputy Governor she was on the Board of SEBI, NABARD, and EXIM Bank and also served as the Chairperson of Bharatiya Reserve Bank Note Mudran (Pvt.) Ltd., Bangalore. She also served as Chairperson of the Deposit Insurance and Credit Guarantee Corporation. In 2006, she was appointed as Chairperson of The Banking Codes and Standards Board of India by the RBI. She demitted this office in December 2011. The Government of India (GOI) appointed her as a Member of the Financial Sector Legislative Reforms Commission chaired by Justice Shrikrishna. The Government of Maharashtra nominated her on the Board of the Indian Red Cross Society, Mumbai. She is an Independent Non-Executive Director on the Boards of few Companies.
A former senior partner of J Sagar Associates, he is now a private lawyer. He is an expert in corporate and mercantile laws and has been practising law since 1980, He was a managing partner of Udwadia, Udeshi & Berjis from 1997 to 2003. He is on the Panel of Arbitrators of the Indian Council of Arbitration and the London Court of International Arbitration. He also worked as a journalist with a leading Indian daily. He is an Associate Member of the American Arbitration Association and is a Member of ICC-India and The Bombay incorporated Law Society. He currently holds Board positions as Non Executive Independent Board member in many corporates.

Berjis Desai
A commercial banker with four decades of experience in the financial services sector, he is a non-executive director at Vastu Housing Finance. He was part of the core team, which set up and built the ICICI Bank Limited from inception. He was also the founder, managing director and CEO of National Commodities & Derivatives Exchange Ltd. He and his team conceptualised and set up the exchange. A commerce graduate with professional qualifications as an associate of Indian Institute of Bankers and the Chartered Institute of Bankers London, he is also a Fellow of Securities Investments Institute, London.

Bobby Parikh
Bobby Parikh is a commerce graduate from the University of Mumbai and a qualified Chartered Accountant. Bobby is founder of the ‘Bobby Parikh Associates’, a boutique firm engaged in providing strategic tax and regulatory advisory services. His primary area of focus is to provide tax and regulatory advice in relation to transactions and other forms of business reorganisations, whether inbound, outbound or wholly domestic. Bobby works extensively with private equity funds, other institutional investors and owners and managers of businesses. He is also associated with regulators and policy formulators, in providing inputs to aid in the formulation of new regulations and policies, and in assessing the implications and efficacy of these and providing feedback for action. Bobby was co-founder of BMR Advisors, a highly regarded tax and transactions firm, which he helped establish and run for over 12 years. Formerly, chief executive officer of Ernst & Young in India and country managing partner of Arthur Andersen, Bobby has been a member of a number of trade and business associations, as well as a member of the advisory and executive boards of non-governmental, not for-profit organisations and private as well as listed Indian companies.
Founding director and chief investment officer of Old Bridge Capital Management, Kenneth has over 26 years of experience in Indian capital markets in portfolio management and investment research. Prior to this, he was chief investment officer at IDFC Asset Management, where he looked after a corpus of US$ 9 billion. Under his able leadership, IDFC MF was ranked as the fastest growing mutual fund in India. Before IDFC, he was portfolio manager at Kotak Mahindra Asset Management. He was a key resource in growing the asset management business for both IDFC & Kotak Mahindra. He is commerce graduate from N M College of Commerce & Economics, Mumbai University.

Radhakrishnan Nair
With over four decades of experience in banking, securities and insurance sector, he has served at board level positions in IRDA, SEBI and various companies of ICICI group. He is known for leading initiatives of innovation in insurance and securities sector.
Ashok Barat
Fellow member of the Chartered Accountants and Company Secretaries of India, he has served in MNCs (in India & overseas) – Unilever, Electrolux, Pepsi, Telstra & Heinz. He retired as MD & CEO of Forbes & Company Ltd. He is past president of Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industry, MC Member of ASSOCHAM and past visiting faculty of IIM (L).

Rajat
Founder & Initiator
Rajat is Founder Director of Inheritance Needs Services Pvt. Ltd. (INSPL) with his wife Devjani being the Co- Founder.
Rajat is a law graduate and fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and Company Secretaries of India.
He started his career with Reserve Bank of India. He has experience of over three decades in handling finance, secretarial and legal functions with corporates in diverse sectors – textiles, pharmaceuticals, credit rating, shipping, logistics, hydrocarbon and investment banking.
Rajat’s corporate experience included dealing with Strategic investors, Private Equity investors and Public market Investors – (retail & institutional) in companies, which had equity issuance through PIPE, IPO, Rights and Preferential allotments. Rajat’s experience with CRISIL during the rating exercise exposed him to diverse capital instruments and structures. He was the core team member in Torrent Group’s first company which tapped IPO market and was fortunate to take CRISIL to the markets as well. Hands on experience on demerger process, coupled with academics enabled exposure to distinct situations on transmission and succession matters among others. Rajat has the experience of working in professionally managed, institutionally owned as well as family run businesses.
Rajat has been through this journey n the past under different statutory regimes from Controller of Capital Issues regime to free pricing by markets governed by the Securities and Exchange Board of India. He understands the practical intricacies involved. His first hand experience in Initial Public Offerings, Rights Issuance and Demerger process has provided adequate experiential insights to support the backbone of theoretical knowledge.
The current service offerings of INSPL encompasses interaction with diverse counter parties requiring consistent follow-up with stakeholders and clarity of concept which form the foundation of representative communication and enables rightful representation.

Their team comprises self-motivated professionals with sound domain knowledge and corporate experience in the fields of banking, finance, secretarial and legal, investor relations and share registry.
Shobhana is a finance professional and has worked across financial institutions in India and abroad.
She started her career as a member of the founding team at the maiden Venture Fund (co-sponsored by World Bank) set up in India. Being part of the core team she was exposed to setting up systems, project evaluation, capital structuring, due diligence, disbursement and monitoring.
A role in ICICI Bank in Group Credit Risk team sharpened her insights in risk evaluation and monitoring. She then relocated to Dubai where she worked with the first mortgage finance company, where she was instrumental in setting up the mortgage desk at Mashreq Bank and later served as an Advisor–Special projects with Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Establishment, (a Dubai Government entity).
Having worked with a multinational bank as Sr. Private Lending Specialist supporting growth of credit business, she experienced the flavour of wealth management services.

He is a product strategist with over 14 years of experience across – engineering, service management and marketing domains.
He was part of the core team at Head Honchos and was at forefront in setting up of the engineering and product teams with involvement from conceptualising to scaling up the idea to a sustainable and successful business. Sandeep was instrumental in defining the product roadmap & technology landscape.
Before starting Head Honchos, Sandeep was also one of the founding team members of Kasper Consulting, a boutique consulting firm based in Gurgaon.
He also started ‘Leap of Faith’ in Delhi (Blanket distribution)
